Agreement

These terms govern your use of this store and any order you place through it. By browsing, registering or buying, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page when your order is placed.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to order. You confirm your date of birth at checkout, and an adult aged 21 or over with valid government photo identification must accept delivery in person. We may cancel an order, and refund any amount taken, if we cannot confirm eligibility.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and apply to orders placed through this store. We try to keep pricing accurate, but if a listing is priced in error we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than honour the incorrect figure. Pricing does not include any duties or charges that a destination jurisdiction may impose.

Tax

Sales tax and any applicable alcohol excise or destination charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and are added to the order total. Where tax rules change, the amount charged on a future order may change with them. Business customers are responsible for any reporting their own jurisdiction requires.

Shipping

We ship only to addresses where direct delivery of alcohol is permitted, and only through carriers that require an adult signature. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Return and refund

Because alcohol is a regulated product, an order cannot simply be shipped back. If a bottle arrives damaged, incorrect or unfit, contact us and we will arrange a refund or replacement after reviewing the delivery record. Any refund is issued to the original payment method. The returns and refunds page sets out the process, the time limits and the condition we ask you to record on arrival.

Warranties and disclaimers

We warrant that the goods we ship match the listing description and are fit for ordinary use as beverages. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that product descriptions are free of typographical error, and we correct them when found.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. In short, we collect what an order requires, share the minimum with payment and delivery partners, and retain records only as long as tax and alcohol rules demand.

Dispute resolution

If a problem arises, please raise it with us first so we can try to resolve it directly. Any dispute that cannot be settled that way will be handled by the courts or arbitration forum identified by the operator for the jurisdiction that applies to your order.Registered business details and alcohol licence information are available on request from customer support.
